Mr. Theotis Sistrunk Funeral Notice Mr. Theotis Sistrunk, Jr., 70, of Birmingham, (formerly of Camp Hill) died Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, Birmingham. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Vines Funeral Home Chapel, LaFayette at 1:00 p.m. (CST) with Elder Clarence Fortune, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Camp Hill. The remains will lie in state in the Chapel from 12:00 p.m (CST) until the funeral hour. Public viewing will be Friday, August 20, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. (CST) to 6:00 p.m. (CST) at Vines Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Sistrunk is survived by his devoted wife: Carol Jean Sistrunk, Birmingham; five children: Tanyeka Sistrunk (Sam Crawford), Birmingham, Yolanda (Darien) Sistrunk Cook, Palm Coast, FL, Theotis Sistrunk III, Birmingham, April (Kenneth) Sistrunk Keith, Childersburg and Michael Angelo Sistrunk, Birmingham thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
