Mrs. Nannie Louise "Auntee" Abner, 87, of LaFayette, died Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at Vines Funeral Home Chapel, LaFayette on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) with Rev. Ed Vines officiating. Interment will be in St. John United Methodist Church cemetery, LaFayette.
Mrs. Abner is survived by her devoted husband: Edward (Boot) Abner, LaFayette; one daughter: Ishisa Yolanda Abner, Montgomery; one sister: Betty Jean King, LaFayette; one brother: Jack Scott, Niles, Michigan; a host of nieces and nephews, including a very special nephew: Ronnie Holmes, Reno, Nevada; a special niece: Donna King, Macon, GA; a special great niece: Ella-Charmette Holmes, Daleville and a special great-great nephew, Matthew Scott Holmes, Daleville, other relatives and friends.
