Mr. Jesse Lee Drake, 68, of Camp Hill died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Tuskegee. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Waverly on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) with Rev. Terry Carr, officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church from 12:00 p.m. (CST) until the funeral hour.
Mr. Drake is survived by his son: James “Bang” (Pamela) Carr, Camp Hill and his daughter, Sandra (Daniel) Spratling, both of Camp Hill; three grandchildren: Shantevia Billingsley, LaFayette, Daniel “TJ” Spratling and Domonique Spratling both of Camp Hill; one brother: Michael Drake, Camp Hill; two aunts: Margaret Cobb and Hattie Graves both of Camp Hill; three special friends: Mary Phillips Vines, Johnny Taylor and Lewis Sims all of LaFayette and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
