Funeral Notice
Mr. Mario Bernard Bell, 38, of LaFayette died Saturday, June 12, 2021 at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika. A gaveside service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Handy Cemetery, LaFayette at 1:00 p.m. (CST) with Rev. Kelsey Barnes officiating. Public viewing will be Friday, June 18, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. (CST) to 6:00 p.m. (CST) at Vines Funeral Home.
Mr. Bell is survived by his devoted mother: Katherine Bell, LaFayette; two brothers: Derrick Bell and Michael Little both of LaFayette; one sister: Tiffany Bell, LaFayette; three children: Madison Bell, Morgan Bell and Raymond Higgins all of Opelika; three uncles: Willie James and Willie (Jr.) Bell (Sharon) both of LaGrange, GA and Hermon Todd, New York City, New York; four aunts: Bertha Bell and Charlotte Williams both of LaFayette, Shirley Jackson, New York City, New York and Johnnie Williams, Los Angeles, CA; a special god mother: JoAnn Calloway Todd and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
