Funeral Notice
Mrs. Linda Patterson, 65, of Roanoke died Thursday, May 9, 2019 at West George Hospice, LaGrange, GA. Funeral services will be held at Canaan Baptist Church, Roanoke on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) with Rev. Douglas Jones officiating. Interment will be in the New Harmony cemetery, LaFayette. The remains will lie in state at the church from 12:00 p.m. (CST) until the funeral hour. Public viewing will be at Vines Funeral Home Chapel Friday, May 17, 2019 from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. (CST).
Mrs. Patterson is survived by her husband: Eudoris Patterson, Roanoke; one daughter: Linda Nunn, LaGrange, GA; four sons: Anthony (Valarie) Nunn, Jeffery (Carla) Nunn, William (Tasha) Patterson and Leophus (Gabrielle) Patterson all of Roanoke; two step-sons: Jason Duson, Bowdon, GA and Antonio Watts, Atlanta, GA; three step-daughters: Anna Sutton, Roanoke, Shirley Forte, Norcross, GA and India Bryant, Carrollton, GA; one sister: Sara Trammell, Roanoke; twenty-three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and one goddaughter: Sonya Bailey, Miltown; two devoted friends: Joann Bargin and Mattie Patterson both of Roanoke and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
