Funeral Notice

 

Mr. Gregory K. Holley, Sr., 64, of Opelika died Saturday, October 27, 2018 at his residence.  Funeral  services will be held at Friendship Baptist Church, Bacon Level Community, Roanoke on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. (CST) with Bishop Lathonia Wright officiating.  Interment will be in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church from 2:00 p.m. (CST) until the funeral hour.  Public viewing will be a Vines Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, November 2, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST). 

Mr. Holley is survived by his wife: Priscella Pearson Holley, Opelika; two sons: Gregory K. Holley, Jr., Opelika and Rochelle (Dolly) Cofield, El Paso, TX; four sisters: Barbara Slaughter-Huguley, Auburn; Linda Rowland, Gloria Wright and Sara Billingslea all of Roanoke; five brothers-in-law: Larry Huguley, Auburn; Thomas Rowland, Danny Wright, Ritchie Billingslea and Harold Reid all of Roanoke; five sisters-in-law, Barbara Pearson Evans (Ordie), Gadsden, Eleanor Pearson, Auburn, Della Pearson Gates (George), Columbus, GA, Irene Johnson, Roanoke and Queenie Pearson, Columbus, GA; one aunt: Sara Ridley Hughey, Delmar, Maryland; two granddaughters: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins  and friends.
